Tapas. Perfect for those who, like me, are indecisive. Great for adventurous eaters who want to try something new but aren't sure if they'll like it. It suits those in search of either a snack or a feast, and it's the ultimate social meal, giving you the opportunity to bond with old and new friends over shared plates. Let me give you some context, before introducing to you the best tapas restaurants in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote.

We all know of Budapest as a fun city, full of must-see attractions such as the Fisherman's Bastion and the thermal baths, and with an exciting night life. But what really surprised me in Budapest was the food - from hearty comfort food in the markets to high end restaurant menus, it was all great quality grub. I loved everything I ate during my weekend in Budapest, but there was one particular meal that was unforgettable, at what must be one of the best restaurants in Budapest: KönyvBár.

As mine and Billy's birthdays are very close to each other we usually go away somewhere to celebrate both, although I make it very clear that on my actual birthday that day is mine - the rest of the holiday is for both of us. So last year we headed to Budapest, for no reason other than we saw a really good deal on Voyage Privé. Although we booked spontaneously and didn't do much research, we had a fantastic time discovering some of the many things to do in Budapest. This post will show you what we got up to, and give you some ideas of things to do in Budapest.

Let's pick up where we left off in part 1 of my Hong Kong itinerary, where I spoke about my first three days exploring Stanley, Central, the Zoological Gardens, Victoria Peak, Lantau, Mong Kok, Tsim Sha Tsui and the night markets. Here's what I got up to on days 4 - 6 to give you even more suggestions of things to do in Hong Kong! 

Hong Kong had never really been on my bucket list, rather I spontaneously agreed to a trip there whilst under the influence of one too many gin and tonics. This meant that I didn't know much about Hong Kong and what my my itinerary would be when I got there. I'd be travelling with my close friend Aliss so, once flights were booked, we spent many a Sunday afternoon in the pub discussing what we wanted to see and do during our trip and getting increasingly excited. Our only problem? How on earth would we fit everything in to just six days?!

Cluj-Napoca (or Cluj) is situated in the Transylvanian region of Romania, and it has everything you could want from a European city break. I visited in September and weather was gorgeous, so my long weekend consisted of wandering around in the sunshine, eating gelato and drinking plenty of cold wine on sunny cobbled streets.

I'm not going to claim to be an expert on what to eat in Hong Kong and where to eat it as I was only there for six days, but I do want to demonstrate the huge range of cuisine and inspire any foodies to visit Hong Kong and discover the wonderful fusion of eastern and western deliciousness.
