If you know me or have read my 'hunt for the best sushi in Leeds' blog post, you'll know that sushi is my favourite food, especially when I'm hungover. So when I saw that an all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant was opening in Leeds, I literally squealed with excitement and eagerly awaited the next time that a hangover, a sushi craving and a bottomless appetite would grace my presence.
I love sushi, I could eat it for breakfast, lunch and dinner every day and not get sick of it (I think). It's also my go-to hangover food, which a lot of people find odd, but the freshness of the fish, the stodgy rice and the salty soy sauce offer the perfect combination for recovering from having one too many. I also love Leeds and everything it has to offer, but recently the sushi game in this wonderful city is starting to lack. Here's why:
